I hereby grant Matose Visuals Production Studio the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use, reproduce, and distribute any and all photographs, audio recordings, video recordings, or other media content in which I appear, send or contribute, for use in productions created by Matose Visuals Production Studio.
I understand and agree that Matose Visuals may use the aforementioned content for promotional, commercial, or any other purposes deemed appropriate by the studio. This includes, but is not limited to, use in advertising, social media, websites, and other marketing materials.
I acknowledge that I will not receive any compensation, financial or otherwise, for the use of the content, and I waive any right to inspect or approve the final product in which my likeness or contribution may appear.
I also confirm that I have the legal right to grant Matose Visuals the aforementioned rights and that the content provided by me does not infringe upon the rights of any third party.
This release form is valid indefinitely from the date of signing.
